You are the shaman and every day have to choose between meeting with villagers to hear their opinions or go on a spirit journey to predict the weather of the next day.

If you do not meet with the villagers, then they feel disrespected and will grow impatient with you. If you fail to influence the weather in a way that prevents catastrophies, they will also become unhappy. Worst case, your villagers will die or sacrifice you to appease the gods.

While some might consider rain dancing a remnant of the past, it is your sworn duty to let your people prosper by influencing the weather for the best.
